Kirkkaan oluen suodatuslinja ennen pullotusta, sisältää myös Schenkin tekeman kieselguhr suodattimen jossa on hydraulisesti pyöritettäviä vaaka-tasossa olevia suodatuslevyjä. Lionjan kapasiteetti 200 - 250 hl/h, laitteisto muuten täysimääräinen mutta olut separaattorui puuttuu.

Beer Filtration Line with Schenk 200 hl Kieselguhr Filter

This line was built in year 1996 by German Schenk Filterbau GmbH and modernized in 2002 by Alfa Laval. This line was used for yeast separation, clarification and blending CO2 into filtered product. The capacity of this line is 200 hl/h beer, control PLCs are Siemens Simatic S5

From maturation tank or CCT beer goes to separator, then to plate heat exchanger for cooling and then to first Buffer tank, volume 6500 l. If needed beer stabilization chemicals, silicagel, PVPP can be added after cooling.  Beer stays in buffer tank for stabilization and then it goes to the filter. 

After filter beer goes to second buffer tank, volume 5076 l. Then beer goes to AlfaLaval blender for blending with deaerated water and mixing with aroma and flavor additives. After it goes to manual carbonator for CO2 adding. Operators manually adjust how much CO2 should be added to the beer and CO2 sensor installed in pipeline before BBT checks the volume of CO2 in filtered beer. At the end of the filtration line located Trap filters (2 filters block). After that filtered beer goes to BBTs.     

This filtration line is complete with all functions except beer separator which is not included. This filtration line has complete CIP line, one circle, with 5 not insulated tanks. The filtration line is still installed and in normal operational condition

The heart of this line is PRIMUS Kieselghur filter by Schenk. It it vertical filter with horizontal sieves, one above the other. Filter elements have static sealing system for safe separation between not filtrate and filtrate side. Each filter element is equipped with its own inlet manifold. Hydraulical station for filter sieve rotation for unchanging located in separate room.  Next to the filter located kieselghur dosing tank. 

The heart of this line is PRIMUS Kieselguhr filter by Schenk which is hydraulically operated. Filter unit has filter elements arranged horizontally one above the other and it has an integrated residual filtration unit for pre-and post-free filtration. Filter elements have static sealing system for biologically safe separation between notfiltrate and filtrate side. Each filter element is equipped with its own inlet manifold. This filtration line is complete with all functions except beer separator which is not included. This filtration line has complete CIP line. The filtration line is still installed and in normal operational condition
