Labeling Machine Krones Contiroll 600-10, 12.000 bph
This labeling machine is made by Krones in 2006. The machine wraps a plastic label around a PET bottle, cuts the label and glues the label’s ends to the bottle. Machine has one double reel station with automatic change over. A feed roller pulls the label web from the reel, and the labels are cut precisely in the cutting unit with the help of computer and servo-motor. The hotmelt strip applied to the leading edge of the label ensures a precise and positive transfer onto the rotating container. As the container is rotating while the label is being applied, the label is stretched to fit smoothly and the glue in the trailing edge secures the bond. The equipment is now disassembled and stored in a warehouse.
