Refrigeration Screw Compressor Package DuoPack  SAB 128 HF - 750 kW

This is a chiller package made by Sabroe Denmark in 2002, cooling capacity 750 kW, adjustable for 10-100% load. The package consist of two separate liquid cooling screw compressors type SAB 128 HF (DuoPack) with their own electric motors, both operating with R22 refrigerant. Units are built on a common base frame with an integrated horizontally mounted common oil separator, oil circulation pump, oil filter, suction- discharge- and safety valves. Unit has local control unit Unisab III  system. Unit was dismantled in year 2014 and is ready for immediate shipment 

Lubrication oil of the refrigeration compressor is fed to the compressors during the compression process for lubrication, sealing, noise reduction and to remove some of the heat of compression. After the compression process, the oil is separated from the refrigerant in the oil separator.The refrigerant-oil mixture is led into the lower part of the vertical oil separator. There, the first step of oil separation is performed by a combined agglomerator/ demister. The lower part of the oil separator is also used as an oil receiver. The fine separation of the aerosol-type oil portion from the refrigerant is carried out in the upper part of the oil separator by means of coalescing cartridges. The oil separated in the fine section of the oil separator is returned to the compressors suction side via an additional injection orifice.
