Yeast Department Holvrieka – Alfa-Laval 1997 - 2000

Equipment for sterilization of the wort, the dilution of pure culture of yeast, storage of diluted yeast before pumping to CCT. 

Yeast department was established by Holvrieka in 1998. Currently stopped, not dismantled. All tanks, including cooling jackets, product pipelines and distribution panels are made of food grade stainless steel. Each tank has a distribution panel. The product is heated by steam, glycol cooling.

In the yeast Department, you can work simultaneously with two cultures of yeast – there are two separate lines  of sterilization/propagation and storage of yeast.

The equipment is in good condition, ready for dismantling and shipment. Inspection on request. In the presence of the original documentation.

  • Designed for breeding extra special type of yeast
  • Volume 750 liters, working temperature -10 ~ +133 °C
  • This was not long time involved in the process, fully operational
  • Operating pressure 2 – 5 bar.
